Tethera isa three-bedroom Passivhaus home with an Isoquick insulated raft and 60/40 concrete slab. The house has a simple form, is highly energy efficient, requires low maintenance, is robust and has a U-value of 0.10W/m2K.

With an ISOQUICK base, Foleshill Health Centre in Coventry is the first NHS building to achieve Passivhaus certification.

The reinforcement is placed ready to concrete. the Slab replaces both the trench fill and the ground floor and needs to be stiff enough to resist and potential ground problems.
